Right & left hand Cleans with Ravishing Rick Rude!! Globe Dumbbell lifts have NO CONTACT with the sides of the hands like today's dumbbells. There's quite a bit of movement in the wrist that you must deal with. Swings, Snatches & Cleans are much more technically difficult with globe dumbbells!! I hope you get a chance to find out!!
