Deadly gas explosion rocks residential neighbourhood in Lagos

A deadly gas explosion has torn through a residential neighbourhood in Lagos, Nigeria, killing at least 15 people and toppling dozens of nearby buildings including a school. The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation says the explosion was caused by a truck collision with gas bottles stacked beside a gas processing plant.
