'He's a real leader' - Dele Alli on how much Tottenham miss injured Harry Kane
  • 4 years ago
Jose Mourinho said on Monday he has never known bad luck on the injury front, quite like what he has experienced during his time in charge of Tottenham Hotspur.

Forward players Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Steven Bergwijn, along with midfielder Moussa Sissoko, are all on the long-term injury list.

But there was some positive news as Kane took to the field for a personal rehabilitation session on Monday, as he steps up his recovery from his hamstring injury - and midfielder Dele Alli referred to it as a "massive boost".

Tottenham will need to overturn a 1-0 first-leg deficit in Germany, if they are to progress to the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals at the expense of RB Leipzig.

Last season's finalists Tottenham will require two goals - without conceding - in normal time to progress to the last eight.
