Over 200 baby turtles released into sea by forest officials in Rameshwaram, southeast India

Forest department officials released 245 baby turtles into the sea in Rameshwaram, southeast India on Sunday (March 8).

The adorable video shows the tiny turtles instinctively crawl towards the ocean.

According to the forest department, from December to April the turtles lay around 4,000 eggs and at least 259 eggs were collected by officials on January 18.
