Praise the Lord! Got a nice PR on this today. I used a feet turned out, medium-wide stance to get the Leg Biceps a bit more contracted. It is amazing how much the Abdominals & Calves cramp up on this lift!! If you don't have a lot of time and need to build some strength & mobility in the Calves, Hams, ENTIRE Erector Spinae and the Posterior Delts, Lower Traps, Rhomboids....well here ya go!! Start light and go slow increasing the weight....Good Luck & God Bless!
