French riot police used tear gas to break up a protest by yellow vest demonstrators in the southwestern city of Toulouse on Saturday (February 1).

Video shows scores of protesters on the march, tear gas being used and police at the entrance of Notre-Dame du Taur church, with at least one officer shown entering the church.

According to Newsflare's filmer, some protesters were struck with batons.

Another video from Saturday, which caused much debate when posted on social media, shows police entering the same church and forcibly removing a woman.
