YSR Kapu Nestam Scheme : The AP government, has embarked on the YSR Kapu Nestam Scheme, has decided to help women belonging to Kapu, Telaga, Balija castes and tribals. Under this scheme, women of Kapu and Kapu sub-castes will be given financial assistance of Rs.15,000 . hopes to provide financial assistance of Rs 75,000 over five years. The government directive states that the scheme is applicable to women aged 45 to 60 years.
