Nirbhaya Case: दोषी Vinay दया याचिका के साथ Personal Diary President को देना चाहता है | oneindia

The date of the hanging of Nirbhaya's culprits is now approaching ... all four convicts will be hanged on February 1. But Vinay, one of the four convicts, has appealed to the Delhi court on Friday to direct the Tihar Jail authorities to hand over his 170-page personal diary to him at the earliest. Vinay appealed to the court to send his personal diary to President Ram Nath Kovind along with a mercy petition. Convicted Vinay Sharma wants his diary to be sent to the President as well.

निर्भया के गुनहगारों की फांसी की तारीख अब नजदीक आ रही है...सभी चार दोषियों को 1 फरवरी को फांसी दी जाएगी। लेकिन चार दोषियों में से एक विनय ने शुक्रवार को दिल्ली की अदालत से अपील की है कि वह तिहाड़ जेल के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दे कि वह उसकी 170 पन्ने की निजी डायरी को जल्द से जल्द उसे सौंपे। विनय ने कोर्ट से अपील की है कि उसकी निजी डायरी को राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद को दया याचिका के साथ भेजी जाए। दोषी विनय शर्मा चाहता है कि उसकी डायरी को भी राष्ट्रपति के पास भेजा जाए।
