In the Nirbhaya case, all four convicts will be hanged on February 1. But before that, the lawyers of the culprits are going one by one to avoid hanging. During the hearing in Patiala House Court, the lawyer for the guilty, AP Singh claimed that Vinay Sharma was being given a slow poison in the jail. He also said that Vinay's health deteriorated due to slow poisoning and he was admitted to the hospital. He said that he has not yet received a medical report.
