Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam vows in new year video address to rebuild city and bear responsibilities

The Hong Kong government has released a New Year's Eve video addressed to the city from it's leader, Chief Executive Carrie Lam. In the December 31, 2019, three-minute statement, she said she would listen humbly to find a way out of Hong Kong's current crisis.
