-Curd- 400gm
-Fresh milk with Cream- 400gm
-Balack pepper powder- 1 Tbsp
-Kastoori Methi- 1.5 Tbsp
-Garam Masala- 1.5 Tbsp
-Chaat Masala- 1 Tbsp
-Lemon Juice- 2 lemon
-Refined Oil- 250ml
-Green Cardamom- 2
-Cloves- 4
For Smoky Flaour
-Coal- 2 inch
-Green Cardamom- 2
-Cloves-- 2
-Butter- 1/2 Tbsp
