Loke: I'm not sure why Mavcom chief is upset

The Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) will be consolidated with the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia, but the end for Mavcom won't come immediately.
Transport Minister Anthony Loke said Mavcom can still operate independently for at least another six months.
The minister also said he was surprised by Mavcom executive chairman Nungsari Ahmad Radhi's disappointment over the consolidation exercise.
