Under Hand & V-Bar Pullups 3X8X242lb!

Overdid it a bit on Dips so, I noticed on the 3rd set of Under Hand Pullups, I wasn't able to touch the collar bones to the bar at the top as I ALWAYS do. Yes, the Pullups still looked good and I had plenty of ROM but, I like touching at the top of each rep.
I know that not being able to touch means the intensity is higher due to fatigue. Being honest with the amount of extra effort I was putting into the Underhand Pullups, I opted for switching to V-Bar Pullups. They are a bit easier which equals lower intensity so I can get the same number of sets as I did on Dips. The V-Bar Pullups definitely feel like they will help the Pullovers. I like the neck cramp you can get at the top. There's NOTHING else I do that hits that high upper part of the Trapezius like this. Man, I feel good but tired from these!!
