You must have heard many tales of gold smuggling..But do you know that onion smuggling is also happening? Yes, there has been a case of sending crores of onions to Nepal by telling potatoes. Directorate of Revenue Intelligence i.e.DRI's team has arrested a businessman in the case of sending crores of onions to Nepal from the border district of Maharajganj by telling them potatoes. The estimated price of onion sent to Nepal is being told to be two crore rupees.
