Combining his passions of sustainable living and bicycling, engineering student Diego Cárdenas found Bamboocycles in Mexico City in 2008.

Manufacturing and designing bicycle frames made from bamboo and carbon fiber joints, his team makes frames for the road and the mountains sourcing raw materials locally.
