Kashmiri Dum Aloo is a very famous Kashmiri recipe made using baby potatoes simmered in a yogurt-based gravy flavored with dry ginger powder and fennel.

Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
- 1/2 kg Potatoes(boiled)
- Oil(for frying)
- 3-4 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick
- 3-4 Green Cardamoms
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 3-4 Cloves
- 1 1/2 inch Red Chilli Powder
- Water
- 3-4 tsp Curd
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder
- 2-3 tbsp Curd
- Garam Masala
