This Grilled Salmon recipe is something every keto chef should try. Ketogenic sauce recipe. This is a high fat low carb healthy recipe.

Quick Keto Bordelaise Sauce (no stock):

1/2 large Onion

1 Carrot

2-3 stalks Celery

3/4 bottle Dry Pinot Noir

2 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Cut veg into large chunks and place in a high a large pan on a high heat. Once the veg starts to sizzle, pour 3/4 bottle of the red wine and reduce until the veg is cooked and the wine is nearly evaporated.

At this point strain the mixture into a smaller pan using a large medium-fine sieve. Push cooked veg through the strainer as much as possible.

What is left should be a thick sauce. Add the butter on a very low heat, take off as soon as it has melted. Careful not to overheat the sauce. Finish with salt and pepper to taste.

Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon:

1 lb Fresh caught Salmon / Sock-Eye

1 tbsp - dry dill

1 tbsp - dry garlic powder

1 tbsp - sea salt

1 tbsp - black pepper

Start by soaking a cedar plank in water (10 minutes at least). Fully heat a grill such that you can hold a hand 1 inch above the surface for 1 second, no more, no less.

Remove any pin bones in the salmon fillet. Cover the fillet with a light a coating of olive oil. Then rub the dry ingredients over the top. Place skin side down on the plank.

Grill until flesh easily flakes apart. Enjoy!
