New Delhi: A layer of smog blankets the national capital on November 07. The air quality of Delhi took a major hit due to a combination of stubble burning and firecracker emissions. According to Air Quality Index (AQI), major pollutants in Delhi’s Lodhi Road area were PM 2.5 at 169 and PM 10 at 183.

To curb air pollution, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal-led government in Delhi has announced the implementation of the odd-even scheme from Nov 04-15.
