The air in Lordstown, Ohio, is heavy with disappointment, after General Motors closed its flagship plant here, despite President Donald Trump's promise to bring manufacturing jobs back to the US. Tradionally a Democratic stronghold, this county turned red in 2016 and helped Trump win the state of Ohio - a feat which will require perhaps and even greater effort if he plans to convince voters here this time around.
