How to Turn Off Auto Correction in Gboard on Stock Android Version 9.0 Pie?

Step 1: Open 'Settings' App.

Step 2: Scroll down at the very bottom, and then tap on 'System.'

Step 3: Tap on 'Languages & Input.'

Step 4: Tap on 'Virtual Keyboard,' under 'Keyboard & inputs.'

Step 5: Tap on 'Gboard,' and then tap on 'Text Correction.'

Step 6: Scroll down to 'Corrections' section.

Step 7: Tap on toggle next to 'Auto-Correction' to turn it 'Off.'
