Step 1: Find the Google Chrome on your Android Device.

Step 2: Tap and Hold on Goolge Chrome App.

Step 3: Tap and Hold on 'New incognito tab' from Menu.

Step 4: Now, Place the Shortcut anywhere on your Screen by releasing it.

Step 5: Tap on the 'Incognito Tab' to open it. You will see, it opens in Incognito Mode.
