Police line streets of Oxford in honour of UK police officer Andrew Harper

Police were seen lining the streets of Oxford, UK on Monday (October 14) in honour PC Andrew Harper, who was killed on duty.

A private funeral service for friends and family is being held at Christ Church Cathedral.

The 28-year-old died after he was dragged along the road by a vehicle in Sulhamstead while responding to a suspected burglary on 15 August.
