Thames Valley Police have given a press conference following the death of PC Andrew Harper. The 28-year-old newlywed was dragged along by a vehicle before he died while attending reports of a burglary in the Berkshire village of Sulhamstead. Chief Constable John Campbell said: "A murder investigation has been launched and currently there are 10 people who have been arrested on suspicion of murder". Report by Jonesia.
