Three times a week, Hong Kong Dolphin Watch takes boatloads of tourists beyond the city to see the territory’s endangered wild pink dolphins. While the number of tourists has dropped during the recent anti-government protests, the 24-year-old tour company continues to raise awareness about the endangered species.
