In Ayodhya case, the Supreme Court has made it clear that the trial of the case will not be stopped for mediation attempts. The court said that mediation efforts can continue with the hearing. Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi has fixed the deadline to complete the arguments by 18 October.

अयोध्या मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ किया है कि अब मध्यस्थता की कोशिशों के लिए मामले की सुनवाई को रोका नहीं जाएगा। कोर्ट ने कहा कि सुनवाई के साथ ही मध्यस्थता की कोशिशें जारी रखी जा सकती हैं। चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई ने 18 अक्टूबर तक दलीलें पूरी करने की डेडलाइन तय की है।
