‘Crazy Rich Asians’ Co-Writer Quits Sequel Over Pay Disparity.
According to 'The Hollywood Reporter,' Adele Lim was offered a little more than one tenth of what her male counterpart was offered.
Lim was reportedly offered $110,000, while co-writer Peter Chiarelli was offered between $800,000 to $1 million.
Chiarelli offered to split his
salary with Lim, but she declined.
