MANILA - Vice President Jejomar Binay on Tuesday visited the wake of De La Salle-College of St. Benilde (CSB) sophomore Guillo Cesar Servando, who died last Saturday allegedly due to hazing. Binay offered assistance to the family and assured them that justice will be served for the 18-year-old Servando, saying the perpetrators of the violence will not be able to hide from the law.
