Czech Ambassador Josef Rychtar has been charged with libel by businessman Roehl Bacar. Rychtar had accused Bacar of obtaining contracts with MRT because of his connections with a high-ranking government official. Bacar denied the allegations. Bacar also filed libel charges against the Philippine Daily Inquirer, which reported Rychtar's accusations. Mornings @ ANC, April 10, 2014
