PNoy defends online libel, says rights have limits

President Aquino defended the Supreme Court ruling that upholds the online libel provision of the Anti-Cybercrime Law, saying a constitutional right to free speech also has its limits. Aquino explained that contrary to what critics feared, it is not the intent of the high court to suppress freedom of expression.
