Caught on cam: Woman steals phone inside clinic

MANILA – A closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera captured a woman stealing a cellphone inside a dental clinic in Lipa City, Batangas. The CCTV footage showed the woman taking the cellphone from the clinic's unattended front desk while the other patients were not looking. Clinic personnel said the woman gave a name and address to them, but they doubt that these pieces of information were legitimate. – report from Ernie Manio, ABS-CBN News Southern Tagalog
