Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday lauded the signing of the fourth and final annex of the Bangsamoro Framework Agreement last Saturday. Duterte said he supports the peace deal and that he is pleased that a third party will handle the decommissioning of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front.
