MANILA -- Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) expressed its gratitude over the signing of the final annex on the Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro on Saturday. MILF vice chairman for political affairs Ghazali Jaafar said they are hoping that discussions on the Comprehensive Compact Agreement will start soon and that the talks will go smoothly.
