3 men killed near National Museum

MANILA – Three "kuliglig" drivers were shot dead in Manila before dawn Thursday. Police said the victims, identified as Michael Cabayo, Baby Mata, and a certain "Toto," were shot dead at a poorly lit portion of Padre Burgos Avenue near the National Museum. A witness said he saw four men on board two motorcycles fleeing towards Divisioria after shooting the victims, who worked as kuliglig drivers in the Manila City Hall – Escolta route. - Umagang Kay Ganda, 23 January 2014
