MANILA – Fire razed at least five houses made of light materials in Barangay Immaculate Conception in Quezon City on Thursday morning. Arson investigator FO2 Jovelyn Panganiban said fire erupted in one of the houses along E. Rodriguez Avenue at 7:50 a.m. No one was reported injured in the blaze, which reached the second alarm some 27 minutes after it began. As of posting, the fire was already declared out.
