OFW's deadline to raise blood money lapses

MANILA, Philippines – Filipino worker Joselito Zapanta, who is on death row in Saudi Arabia, is running out of time to raise blood money. Zapanta has until today, November 3, to raise P45 million in blood money, but his family and the Philippine government have only managed to raise about P6 million.
