MANILA -- The sky in Aurora is overcast as the province, which is under storm warning signal number 3, braces for typhoon "Santi." According to state weather bureau PAGASA, Santi is expected to make landfall in Aurora between 12 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Saturday. While it briefly rained at dawn Friday, Aurora Governor Gerardo Noveras said calm weather prevails there at this time. In an interview with "Mornings @ ANC," Noveras said the local government is now stocking up on relief goods which will be put on standby in the town of Casiguran. An evacuation center in Baler is also being prepared for families who might be displaced. Noveras has already advised mayors to prepare residents for possible evacuation.
