Reference: The momentous meeting of both political leaders took place in the office of the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Dr. Raúl Lastiri, and lasted almost 120 minutes. During the conversations of Perón and Balbín the presence of journalists was not admitted, anticipating that the information in this regard would be subsequently administered by the respective lanes. Perón withdrew from Congress at 11:57 by the exit he gives on Rivadavia Street, but the Radical chief remained in the building and only at 12:10 the police custody allowed journalism access. Lieutenant General Juan Domingo Perón was accompanied on his round trip to the Legislative Palace by the Minister of Social Welfare and private secretary, José Lopez Rega.
