Ravi Shastri has once again been selected as the next coach of the Indian cricket team. Ravi Shastri's name was announced by BCCI at a press conference held in Mumbai. BCCI has now released a video, in which Ravi Shastri is seen talking about his re-appointment as Head Coach. Shastri thanked Kapil Dev, Anshuman Gaekwad and Shanta Rangaswamy, who were in the CAC committee, for maintaining their trust on him. Ravi Shastri said that he is privileged to work as the coach of Team India, and in these next 26 months he wants to give his full contribution to the team. According to him, the Indian team is doing very well, and in the coming time, the team is going to improve further with entry of some young players.

भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के अगले कोच के रूप में एक बार फिर से रवि शास्त्री का चयन हुआ है। मुंबई में हुई बीसीसीआई की प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में अगले कोच के रूप में रवि शास्त्री के नाम का ऐलान किया गया। इसके बाद अब बीसीसीआई ने एक विडियो जारी किया है, जिसमें फिर से कोच चुने जाने पर रवि शास्त्री अपनी बात कहते नजर आ रहे हैं। शास्त्री ने सबसे पहले CAC कमिटी में शामिल कपिल देव, अंशुमन गायकवाड और शांता रंगास्वामी को उनपर भरोसा बनाए रखने के लिए धन्यवाद कहा। रवि शास्त्री ने बताया की उनके लिए टीम इंडिया के कोच के रूप में काम करना काफी गर्व की बात है, और इन अगले 26 महीनों में वो टीम के लिए अपना पूरा योगदान देना चाहते हैं। उनके अनुसार भारतीय टीम काफी अच्छा कर रही है, और आने वाले समय में युवा खिलाड़ियों के शामिल होने से टीम में ओर भी सुधार होने वाला है। उन्होंने कहा की टीम ने पिछले 2-3 साल में बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन किया है, और अब ये टीम पर है की वो कैसे आगे बढ़ना चाहते हैं।
