Eid Stuffed Burgers

Ingredients for patty

Beef mince ½ kg
Fresh Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Onion 1 medium
Green chilies 6-7
Egg 1
Oil 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Salt as to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Method:
Mix all the ingredients well and give it a proper shape of kabab patty. And then fry it.

Buns
Ingredients for buns
Oil 50 gm (1/4th cup)
Salt 1 tsp
Flour ½ kg
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Water as required
Method:
Mix the ingredients well and after that leave it for set. Roll 2 saucer sized rotiyan, one bigger than the other, now on the small size roti place a cheese slice and kabab over it and brush the surrounding with egg yolk now cover it with the other roti and with the help of a bowl stick them together.

Mexican Fajita Fiesta Tikka boti

Ingredients

Beef 250gm
Yogurt ½ cup
Lemon juice/ 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese as required
Cream 1 cup
Charcoal 1
Ingredients Fajita spices:
Paprika powder ½ tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Black pepper roasted/crushed ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Mix herbs 1 tsp
Red chili slice for garnish
Bell pepper for garnish

Method:
Wash properly the Beef pieces. Marinated the beef with all the spices and leave it for ½- 1hr. after marinating give charcoal baghaar. Put on skewers Cook it on high flame than lower the flame again. And give Add cream. And very last add cheese over it. Dish out and sparkle red chili over it and bell pepper around it.


Matka dum gosht:

Ingredients:

Mutton 500 gm
Onion 500 gm
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Garlic 2
Whole red dry chili 4
Green cardamom: 2- 3
Whole black pepper 2-3
Clove 3-4
Black cardamom 2-3
Cinnamon sticks 2-3
White cumin 1 tsp
Turmeric: ½ tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
cayenne pepper ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Mustard oil ½ cup
Salt to taste
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Method:
First marinate the mutton with the spices. Now take the mud pot grease it with mustard oil. Put the marinated mutton in the pot now cover the lid with the plain flour (atta) around the lid. Shake the pot after every 10 min. And the cooking will be done on charcoal up to 45-50 min. Lastly, serve it with naan.
