Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie Filled With Nutella

Cookie Monster is famous for his incredible appetite for those tasty, baked treats and it always seems like he can never get enough. But we're pretty sure that he'd only need one of these "monster-sized" creations. They don't call them Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies for nothing!
You'll Need:
- 10-inch springform pan
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cups Nutella
Here's How:
1. Mix the flour, butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract into a dough. Now add the chocolate chips and knead thoroughly.
2. Break up half the dough and use it to line the bottom of the springform. Press the dough and create a pull the edges slightly upwards.
3. Heat up the Nutella and use it to fill the crust to the top of the raised edges.
4. Break up the rest of the dough and place it on top of the Nutella layer. Bake for 40 minutes at 340 °F.
Even Cookie Monster would have to admit that finishing one of these would be a challenge. But we don't need to be greedy, do we — there's enough here for the whole family to enjoy... so dig in!
