Ingredients:-
Dry Ingredients:-
1 cup All purpose flour (Maida)
½ cup Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Baking powder

Wet Ingredients:-
½ cup Unsalted butter
¾ cup Caster Sugar
1 tsp. Butter vanilla essence
1 cup Chocolate chips


Method:-
- In a bowl sieve together the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl add the wet ingredients and beat them together until smooth. Add butter vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix with bare hands to form a dough.
- Make chocolate chip cookie shapes of the doughs as shown in the video and place on parchment paper at distance.
- Preheat the oven and bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes. Do check after 20 minutes.
- Once baked transfer to a wire rack and cool down to room temperature.
