How to Beat Exam Stress?

Ah, it's that familiar feeling of having knots in the stomach which means that exams are looming ahead. Do not worry you are not alone, it’s an unavoidable part of student life that can be a tough nut to crack! Remember, stress exists for a reason and you may choose to let it be the cause of your downfall or a drive to improve. Fortunately, there are ways to control the stress and use it to your advantage. According to psychology, you can become more productive and motivated by creating and reviewing your personal study plan regularly. Above all, the most important thing is to feel good in mind as well as the body. The benefits of a proper night sleep cannot be underestimated. It is also important to not compare yourself with others, as each and everybody has their own personal journey and learning speed. Sometimes you just need to talk to someone and other times you need to scream out your lungs and send your worries to the oblivion, figure out what exactly you need and just do it! As much of a cliché as this is, the fact need to be recognized that negative thinking and worrying doesn't solve anything
