These crispy Paneer Cutlets are easy to prepare and perfect to serve with your evening cup of tea. This crispy vegetarian snack can be served as appetizers for getting together and house parties. Paneer is mixed with potatoes, herbs and deep fried to make perfect golden Paneer fritters!

Ingredients:
250 gms Paneer (crumbled)
2 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Capsicum (chopped)
Salt
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp White Pepper Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder (roasted)
1 tsp Coriander Powder
2 Inch Ginger (crushed)
1 tsp Carom Seeds
Green Chillies (chopped)
1 cup Bread Crumbs
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Oil

Method: First, heat up the Oil then add Paneer (crumbled) in the bowl in which add Potatoes (boiled & mashed), Onion (chopped), Capsicum (chopped), Salt (as per your taste), Red Chilli Powder, White Pepper Powder, Cumin Seed Powder (roasted), Coriander Powder, Ginger (crushed), Carom Seeds, Green Chillies (chopped), Bread Crumbs, Coriander Leaves (chopped). Next, Mix it all together properly and form them in the shape of Cutlets to fry it (as shown in the video). Now fry them one by one and your Paneer Cutlets is ready to serve.
