Tandoori Bread Pockets make & freeze recipe for Ramadan.
Ramadan Recipes make these now and enjoy in Ramadan.
Iftar special.

Ingredients:

250 gram Boneless Chicken
½ Cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Oil
½ cup Mayonnaise
Bread Slices

Method:
- Cut off the sides of the bread & flat with roller.
- Now add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic, tandoori masala, vinegar, salt & oil to the mixing bowl.
- Mix well & marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.
- Turn the flame on & cook the marinated chicken at medium flame.
- Cover & cook for 2~3 minutes.
- Once chicken is tender done, turn the flame high & fry the chicken.
- Turn flame off and let the chicken cools down.
- Take a bread slice, put mayonnaise & chicken.
- Make the pockets ready.
- Freeze them in a zip lock bag or fry them now.
