Europe VAT scam: 50 Billion Euros fraud hits EU; VAT scam money funder terror?

This week we thought we could discuss a pan-European vat scam that's costing EU member states 50 billion Euros a year. Some of that money has been going towards funding terrorism. Germany is being seen as the biggest obstruction to getting an International approach to stopping the scam, even though it's taxpayers are the worst affected.
