Millie on toning her abs:

"I find doing lots of core work, like plank variations, really strengthens my core. That's when I feel like I can actually see my abs"

Millie on ignoring negative comments:

"You just have to zone out. Sometimes I take a digital detox and just zone out for a few weeks—I think that time is really important."

Gemma on feeling her strongest:

"Two years ago, I felt strong because I could do pullups. Now, I can run for further and faster. Your strength changes. You have a different type of strength at different points in your life."

Millie on mixing up her workout routine pre-wedding:

"My workouts are whatever fits around my schedule. I've been doing circuit training and doing a bit of ballet—I love doing it as it makes me feel really long and lean and I feel like it's good for my posture.

Millie on her food plan:

"In the week, I cook as much as I can, time-dependent, and prepare my food in advance so I've got a packed lunch with me. This means you avoid processed foods–but on the weekends I tend to be a bit more relaxed and eat whatever I fancy."

Millie on her favourite healthy go-to foods:

"I eat lots of protein to keep me full—protein with every meal and lots of leafy greens. I also always have two snacks a day. Something like berries, dark chocolate, some nuts, carrots with hummus or a protein shake for when you're on the go."
