These halloumi fries are moreish and extra cheesy - with a special added ingredient!

Directions
Cut the halloumi into long, fry shaped pieces. Blitz the cheesy puffs in a food processor until they are finely crushed.

Heat a thin layer of oil in a non-stick frying pan, just covering the bottom of the pan. Roll the halloumi pieces evenly in the crisp crumbs, pressing in well all over. Add to the frying pan and leave until golden brown, then flip over. Do this in batches, adding a bit more oil in between batches.

Whilst frying, mix together the harissa and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve the fries hot with the sauce on the side.
