Teabagger Of The Day: Steve Stockman

Texas Republican Rep. Steve Stockman walked out on President Obama's State of the Union address Tuesday and wrote on his website later that he was thinking about filing Articles of Impeachment against the president.

"I could not bear to watch as he continued to cross the clearly-defined boundaries of the Constitutional separation of powers," Stockman said in a press release after Obama finished speaking. "Needless to say, I am deeply disappointed in the tone and content of tonight's address."

Stockman claimed Obama was poised to "break his oath of office and begin enacting his own brand of law through executive decree." He skewered the president for refusing to admit that "his policies had failed" while his tax plan amounted to "blueprint for perpetual poverty."

The Tea Partier's solution was to take to his "Stockman For Senate" website and write a post titled "Should I Impeach Obama?"
