American country music legend, Merle Haggard, pushed the boundaries of country music and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame for his achievements in 1994.

'Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Star' was released as the first single from Haggard's album 'Chill Factor.' The single reached number one on the US Billboard Hot Country Singles chart in 1987.
