Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni has moved the Supreme Court, seeking protection of his ownership rights on an over 5,500-square feet penthouse he booked 10 year ago in a project of embattled Amrapali Group.

రియల్‌ ఎస్టేట్‌ సంస్థ ఆమ్రపాలి గ్రూప్‌ తనను మోసం చేసిందని టీమిండియా మాజీ కెప్టెన్‌ ఎంఎస్ ధోనీ సుప్రీం కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించాడు. ఆ సంస్థ తరఫున ప్రచారం చేసినందుకుగానూ తనకు ఇవ్వాల్సిన పారితోషికం మరియు ఓ ఇంటి విషయంలోనూ తనను మోసం చేసిందని ధోనీ పేర్కొన్నాడు. పారితోషికం తనకు చెల్లించాల్సిందిగా ఆ సంస్థను ఆదేశించాలని ధోనీ సుప్రీం కోర్టును విఙ్ఞప్తి చేశాడు. మరోవైపు రాంచీలోని ఆ సంస్థ సఫారీలో ఉన్న పెంట్‌హౌజ్‌ను తనకు స్వాధీనపరచాల్సిందిగా ఆదేశాలు ఇవ్వాలని కోరాడు.
